Refund Guidelines
At THE WOMAN™, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your event or purchase. Refund requests must be made in writing and include your order number, along with a brief explanation for your request. Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days. We value your experience and will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation Process
In the event that you need to cancel your attendance at one of our events, please notify us at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled event. Any cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we will gladly offer a credit towards a future event for cancellations made within the 14-day window. Our goal is to support you, while also allowing us to manage event logistics effectively.
