RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Sponsorship Non-Refund & Non-Transfer Policy
All sponsorship packages for THE WOMAN™ Summit are non-refundable.
By entering into a sponsorship agreement and/or submitting payment, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees that all sponsorship fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, change of business circumstances, inability to attend, internal business changes, or alterations to marketing strategy.
Sponsorships are issued for a specific event, date, and business entity. As such, sponsorship packages are non-transferable to another event, non-transferable to another business, and may not be assigned, sold, or substituted in whole or in part.
All sponsorship benefits, including branding, promotional placements, media exposure, ticket allocations, and on-stage recognition, are reserved and committed upon confirmation. Accordingly, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided once sponsorship is confirmed, regardless of whether the sponsor utilises all included benefits.
In the event the organiser is required to reschedule the event, the sponsorship agreement and associated benefits will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling.
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event program, speaker line-up, scheduling, or logistics without impacting the validity of the sponsorship agreement.
By proceeding with sponsorship, the sponsor confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.
